changed, take a look here first. April 30, 2005: Advanced Deed Search now available Allows for search of Deed Parties, Sudivisions (Descriptions), and other searchable fields. March 25, 2004: Bill Year 2004 Detail now available with Current Owner Forwarding for 2004 Sales. See "Tax Year 2004" button on a property's Current Year Detail Page (Tax Year 2005). September 15, 2003: Added 2003 Rates Page. See home page for free Adobe Acrobat Reader link. Some agencies have not set their rates. July 7, 2003: Property Detail screen(s) now include descriptions for codes used by Warren County PVA and Kentucky Revenue Cabinet. July 7, 2003: A section titled "Last 5 Tax Bill Assessments" has been added to the property current year detail screen. July 7, 2003: The first phase of implementing user accounts is complete. This will allow for a myriad of customization for users, while increasing security as dictated by Kentucky Revenue Cabinet. A "guest" account has been made available until user accounts are fully functional. May 3, 2003: Bill Year 2003 Detail now available with Current Owner Forwarding for 2003 Sales. See "Tax Year 2003" button on a property's Current Year Detail Page (Tax Year 2004). December 26, 2002: Updated 2002 Rates Page for increased Homestead (and Disability) Exemption Allowance. (2002 is coming, although, not all agencies have finalized their rates.) See home page for free Adobe Acrobat Reader link. September 6, 2002: Bill Year 2002 Detail now available with Current Owner Forwarding for 2002 Sales. See "Tax Year 2002" button on a property's Current Year Detail Page (Tax Year 2003). August 7, 2002: All existing Digital Pictures are now available. See "Pictures" button on a property's detail page. Note: not all properties have digital pictures. But, we are constantly adding more from Field Crew Activity. July 26, 2002: Detail Residential specifications are now available. See "Detail Specs" button on a property's detail page. July 12, 2002: Owner and property information updated to Friday, July 12, 2002 data. Updates will now occur approximately once a week. Detail specifications and this year's Bill File will be available by end of July. Press ReleasesJune 23, 2006: Inspection Period for the Property Tax Assessment Roll. |
