Real Property - Multiple Years

Tax Year 2013 Started

February 3, 2012:  We are now processing for Tax Year 2013.  
Our inquiry system now presents "Current Year" information for 2013, and "Tax Year" information for the 2012 Taxbills.  

Listing Period for 2012 Assessment

Listing Period 2012:  January 1^st through February 29^th is the period for listing your real estate assessment for State, County, City and School taxes for the year 2012.  You will see our ad in the Daily News and the Daily News Express, Sunday, January 8^th, and Wednesday, January 11^th. 

Inspection Period for 2011 Assessment

Inspection Period 2011:  The Warren County 2011 Property Assessment Roll (date as of January 1) will be open for inspection from May 2^nd, through May 16^th, 2011.  You will see our ad in the Daily News and the Daily News Express, Wednesday, April 27^th.  See Details. 

Tax Year 2012 Started

Homestead/Disability Exemption Allowance

December 21, 2010:  Homestead (and Disability) Exemption Allowance has been increased to $34,000 for years 2011 and 2012 per KRS 132.810 (2)(e).  (The allowance was previously $33,700 for years 2009 and 2010.)   

Inspection Period for 2010 Assessment

Inspection Period 2010:  The Warren County 2010 Property Assessment Roll (date as of January 1) will be open for inspection from May 3, through May 17, 2010.  You will see our ad in the Daily News and the Daily News Express, Sunday, May 2^nd.  See Details.

We are now processing for Tax Year 2011.  
Our inquiry system now presents "Current Year" information for 2011, and "Tax Year" information for the 2010 Taxbills.

Homestead/Disability Exemption Allowance

December 2, 2008:  Homestead (and Disability) Exemption Allowance has been increased to $33,700 for years 2009 and 2010 per KRS 132.810 (2)(e).  (The allowance was previously $31,400 for years 2007 and 2008.)
