Inspection Period for 2008 Assessment

May 3, 2008:  The Warren County 2008 Property Assessment Roll (date as of January 1) will be open for inspection from May 5, through May 19, 2008.  You will see our ad in the Daily News, Sunday, May 5^th.  See Details.  

Listing Period for 2008 Assessment

January 1, 2008:  January 1^st through February 29^th is the period for listing your real estate assessment for State, County, City and School taxes for the year 2008.  You will see our ad in the Daily News and the Daily News Express, Sunday, January 6^th.  See Details.

Tax Year 2008 Started

March 3, 2008:  We are now processing for Tax Year 2008.  
Our inquiry system now presents "Current Year" information for 2009, and "Tax Year" information for the 2008 Taxbills.  

Homestead/Disability Exemption Allowance

December 29, 2006:  Homestead (and Disability) Exemption Allowance has been increased to $31,400 for years 2007 and 2008 per KRS 132.810 (2)(e).  (The allowance was previously $29,400 for years 2005 and 2006.)
