Webmaster Notices:  

• Listing Period 2012:  January 1^st through February 29^th is the period for listing your real estate assessment for State, County, City and School taxes for the year 2012.  You will see our ad in the Daily News and the Daily News Express, Sunday, January 8^th, and Wednesday, January 11^th.  

• Inspection Period for 2011 Assessment:  The Warren County 2011 Property Assessment Roll (date as of January 1) will be open for inspection from May 2^nd, through May 16^th, 2011.   You will see our ad in the Daily News and the Daily News Express, Wednesday, April 27^th.  See Details. 

• Tax Year 2012 Started:  We are now processing for Tax Year 2012.  
  Our inquiry system now presents "Current Year" information for 2012, and "Tax Year" information for the 2011 Tax Bills.  

• Listing Period 2011:  January 1^st through February 28^th is the period for listing your real estate assessment for State, County, City and School taxes for the year 2011.  You will see our ad in the Daily News and the Daily News Express, Sunday, January 2^nd.  

• Homestead (and Disability) Exemption Allowance has been increased to $34,000 for years 2011 and 2012 per KRS 132.810 (2)(e).  (The allowance was previously $33,700 for years 2009 and 2010.)
